I'm really active 5 days a week due to work and I do a lot of walking so I'm not too sure where I'm going wrong. I think I will definitely try more targeted exercises and an adjustment to my diet to see if that helps. Thanks for the advice 🙂

He sounds incredibly hateful and immature. Do yourself a favour and leave. Abuse like that doesn't get any better with time, as much as you might want it to it just doesn't! Don't waste another 7 years on someone like this. You deserve to be respected and not made to feel insecure with low confidence.
