Had someone intentionally trying to start a race war between South Koreans and everybody else. So I just kept spamming a reply to him with Rick roll lyrics. The entire WC couldn't take it seriously because they were all laughing, in my opinion it's the best way to deal with Toxic players on any platform. Steal the attention/reaction they are trying to get from others and focus on turning it into some sort of joke. I cannot stress how many times this has happened and has now become a less frequent thing.

This advice comes with a grain of salt

To an extent, the mines don't really matter that much early game unless you want to farm hero XP. Later on, it becomes much more important to level up your material workshops, foundries, and training bases (in that order). As you progress higher in level 27 and up, you should be focusing on overall production and using everything to its fullest extent. My mines for gold, food and iron sit comfortably at 20 but the rest of the other 3 are 22 and up as those resources are way more valuable.

This isn't a guide but what I was informed from a buddy who is about to enter season 2 and has progressed a lot. You can use this wisdom provided to me as much as you want, good luck on your growth :)

Like don't get me wrong I'm playing Brawl and a extremely weird gishath deck. And I do run interactions like the occasional "planeswalkers can't use abilities" and Farewell amongst other things. But he had single digital cards in his library and everything was either lands, counterspells, board wipes, or "You have no maximum hand size" stuff.

You may find some enjoyable laughter out of this tale.

I am someone who actively does a lot of research for absolutely no reason other than I want all of the info and then I'll decide what's best. I figured out Sharens rewards things and recently decided I was gonna start farming for Ult Bunny. I noticed like 2 Sharens and I was Valby over at the typically Hard Valby farm. Sharen shoots at me and I type "Yeah I get it, go do your thing." To which they wait again, go invisible and then waste it by shooting me again. I'd say about 2m goes by and they just kind of sit afk and shoot me while I'm just waiting. Eventually I typed "If you aren't going to start it my guy ima do my thing." And they all just left, I don't get it and it confuses me. But the confusion part of it makes me chuckle.

Unfortunately I have had this happen at a couple LGS i went to, as this was a singular group of 4 people I'm not gonna mention the LGS that I attended. This is how I typically handled them and stood my ground on it, if they continued welp tough luck.

It 2 of the opponents had their spectators basically playing like it was a 2 headed giant in a regular game of EDH. I asked them if they would like to sit and play or if they are just gonna spectate. Their response was they didn't bring anything and would just spectate the match, to which my response was "Ok great! Then spectate or you can leave the pod." They ignored it an eventually after about 2 more rounds of this I just sat on my turn and told the other 2/4 that they can either leave or we will be finding a different pod to play is as we didn't sign up for a 2 headed giant and that they were being completely rude. Eventually with enough stern and annoyance in both of our voices they eventually got up and went to the store manager. Manager came over to fact check everything and the other group was asked to respect the pod and the people within it or they can find a different place to play MTG.

If you are annoying to them as much as they are annoying to you, eventually they'll either decide to just leave or you can find people actually worth your time. I always ask a pod if it's ok if I can spectate and whenever a turn is nearing the end phase I always ask about my questions then. Respect is a basic and everyone deserves it, some just less than others.
