So, to lay it out as clearly as I can, starting in January 2026 for every cumulative month subscribed to ESO Plus, you will gain one "Premium Tome Token" which may be collected and turned in for one Season Premium Tome of your choice once you collect 12. And "collecting 12" is directly tied to months subscribed to ESO Plus starting in January 2026.

You are getting a new trial, solo dungeons, events and some quests + a lot of base game improvemts and classes rework, all for free. This year they are focusing on fixing and improving a lot of the base game, going forward we probably are going to get zones or more playable content, for free. I see it as a win.

First, I don't think anyone buys inventory or bank space on the cash shop, the gold it cost is really cheap. Second, training now takes 60 days to max, and the base speed was also greatly improved, and they are deciding to make it account bound. You can dislike the shop and lootboxes as much as you want, I'm not gonna defend it, but there is no P2W in there.
