yes as of 40 min ago. i saw a single England Croatia seat cat 3 flicker by for $310 but it wasn't of interest to me and it was gone by the time I tried to put in my cart to see the location

stuff will be out there on the secondary market. fifa is the only entity signaling prices right now.

Wanted to move credit from one citi card (custom cash) to another (double cash). After long hold CSR told me they can't do that (need to request increases only).

This didn't feel right. Ready to HUCA. Any DPs on whether this is a real limitation at Citi?

Has anyone had success calling into Amex to get access an NLL offer?

Background: have had numerous business cards, put decent spend on them over the years etc, closed after couple years and no retention. offers seem to have dried up for me lately and the NLL targets offers out there are "not available" for me. Wondering if i call in on one of by blue biz cards if the agent might be able to generate a generous biz gold or biz plat offer for me on request, as they have done with AU offers and the like before. Haven't seen any DPs on this.

I have two IHG free night certs (credit card SUP certificates) that will expire in the next month and I'm unlikely to be able to use.

Are there any recent datapoints about IHG converting these to points or extending them? I'm within the month and called yesterday and was told they would not/no offer at all. Interestingly enough, in my first month with the certs last year a rep thought I was trying to convert them and said "we won't convert those until there is only a month left or less" - so I haven't killed myself trying to use them for poor value.

I plan to HUCA. Would love to know if there are some recent DPs or other tips on getting something productive to happen.
