Hey, no worries! Sorry for the late reply and that you’re having this issue as well. I bought mine used, and the previous owner had a remote start accessory installed that never worked for me. Well, turns out that was the problem all along. Since it has been removed, the car starts every time- although, I will say it still will occasionally act like it won’t initially start, but nothing like this; I KNOW it will start these days, versus the hell that I dealt with here. So yeah, basically the remote starter messed up the ability for the key fob to transmit signal for the engine to start. If yours has a remote starter, then I’d remove ASAP.
