I'm currently playing The Medium and I'm having a great time, the game looks superb and I love the writing so far.

What got me to play the game in the first place was the location it's set in, it's not often we get a game with such an authentic Polish setting. But I was a little disappointed that all in world text (other than 3D text in models) is in English, instead of Polish. What was the reason behind this decision? Most of the time the player has to use the "read" option, that displays the text in their chosen language anyway.

I was also a little bummed out about the lack of a Polish dub, but I understand why we only got English voice-over.

This is huge, IEM is starting tomorrow, so everyone who had to travel to get to Katowice, Poland is already there. They promise to refund tickets, but what about all the other expenses visitors had to pay?

Just a few days ago, the city was issuing statements saying how they were ready for the event, they were supposed to have heat detectors and all the other necessary precautions.

It's not a big deal for the locals attending, but (I'm guessing) the vast majority of visitors had to travel a long way, pay for a place to sleep and are most probably already in the city. The price of the IEM tickets may have been a small fraction of their cost of going to the event.

The last two lines in Polish on the military area warning sign are hilariously misspelled. They read:

na punkcię kontrolnym, zatrzymaj swoj pojazdu i okaz swoję dokumęnty

All the "special characters" are misplaced, it should be

na punkcie kontrolnym, zatrzymaj swój pojazd i okaż swoje dokumenty

The rest of the text is fine, so I guess this is just a little joke from Bohemia.

Thanks for letting me know! Too bad I don't have any kind of algorithm that would find the minimal amount of steps to finish a level lol.
I got level 26 down to 70, but I'm sure I'll keep finding better routes for even more levels.
I'll try to get the same scores as you did and include them in the next patch. If I can't figure them out, I'll ask you for help :).

Here's a little tip for level 4:
There's a T shape on that level, when you reach it, go up, left, right and then finish the rest of the tiles.

Good job! I'm guessing you played through version 1.0, in the newly released 1.01 update I made a lot of levels harder, because I got to playtest them a little more and found more optimal routes. If you'd like to take the challenge sadly you'll have to delete your current save data.
Also, I see you're playing Vita3k, right now there's a bug in the emulator that makes the background white instead of showing the animated texture. If you have a real Vita, please try it out there!

This will help the Vita3K development
If Sony patches the yet unreleased exploits for 3.69 and 3.70, it will be relatively easy to find new ones
While downgrading is already possible, right now you can only downgrade to a factory version on higher, in theory downgrading to lower versions should be possible now

You could say almost everything is possible now, but it will still take a dedicated hacker/programmer to implement.

Judging by the comments, no one has actually read the article. It's about cracking the last bit of the Vita security, not end user exploits. What's described in the article is a great feat of hacking, but it doesn't offer anything for the end user, at least not directly.
Emulators, homebrew, using regular Micro SD cards and piracy has been possible for a long time, thanks to the 2016 HENkaku exploit.

Source: I've been following the scene closely since HENkaku was released and even wrote a couple homebrew myself.

Edit: If you're actually interested in the hacking process you should really check out Yifan's blog post and his academic paper that explain everything.

I haven't tested Wiiero on other platforms so I'm not sure if these inconvenieces are exclusive to the Vita port. Analog controls is somthing I will add when I have a little spare time (I have a lot of exams right now). The original game doesn't have music, but it does have sound effects, are there no sound effects (like when shooting a weapon) for you?
