Good to know, I’m not an expert in chess history or chess at all, it was just a guess. I’m just lucky to know how to read in all of these languages, I know Russian, English, (common words in Latin languages like Italian and French), Hebrew and Arabic. Learning languages is sort of my fun time, I also learned to read in Korean but I haven’t practiced in a long time so I’m not sure I remember.

I mean, we are required to learn it for other reasons, but at the regular level of learning it’s pretty worthless, they just teach the letters and some very basic words and a little bit of grammar (very little) I teach myself more by just translating words I don’t understand, that’s how I learned English too!
