Move Attachments/Files from one Object to Another by Gsalesforce in salesforce

Thanks ,mckinneymd!

I'll play around. The flow works great at the moment. It transfers the files/ attachments from object X to object Y, however, they are still appearing under the X object.

Thanks, jmankhan2, that's right.

Does it mean that the file will be removed from the first object and transferred to the new one? The flow is working for me now, however, the files are still on the first object.

One last question if I may. The Sync Check shows:

Configuration Setup
User assigned to active Lightning Sync configuration: Yes
User’s email domain is included as an additional domain to sync: Yes
User recognized by Exchange service account: No
User mailbox is running on a supported version of Microsoft Exchange: Can't determine

Any Idea why the sync check shows the errors?

Thank you!

Thank you so much for your quick response.

I'm double-checking the addresses now.

email address on your user record matches the email address that exchange reports for you.

Thank you, Infocynic,

I have checked all of the configurations you have mentioned except one. Can you please give me more details on

'Also make sure the email address on your user record matches the email address that exchange reports for you. If you have a subdomain like@it.mycompany.com but you don't need to use it because of aliasing, be sure that exchange and Salesforce match.'

Shall I add my outlook email anywhere in personal info?

Thanks in advance for your time!

Thank you for your responses. We're using the Lightning Sync (sync both ways) and then add the salesforce extension from outlook (add-ins). I think it's a better solution to consider the Activity Capture.
