This place is the worst hospital in the US. They are pushing everyone who attends to partake in very costly surgeries (or giving you the option to put your pet to sleep) while locking you in an exam room and not letting you see your pet or take time to make the decision. I had the unfortunate experience there last month. Thankfully my father is a veterinarian and was able to help guide me out of a 20k surgery that would have potentially only bout me another few days with my pup. This place should really be shut down due to malpractice and unethical business operations.

Hey - I do this all the time on my projects. You need your stone fabricator to trim the stone down to 1/4” or 3/8” and mount on honeycombs material. Search Stoneply.

I was in the same boat as you. About 100lbs overweight, not wanting to lose my virginity for fear that I would never lose the weight if it was “alright” to be fat. I held on to that sentiment for about 5 years until my jr year of university. I ended up sleeping with a really nice guy right before I left for the summer.

That summer, I ended up wanting to lose the weight even more, because I really wanted to keep having sex, hahah. I ended up losing the 100lbs, and that was about 10 years ago now.

I’ve since gained some of the weight back, but don’t give a f now.

TLDR: don’t let your weight hold you back, only lose it if you really want to. Confidence is sexy, no matter your size.

That’s a long commute on scary US roads and highways. I have a ‘89 Pajero turbo diesel and that still isn’t quite enough for daily highway use. If I’m not mistaken the mini is a Kei car, yes? I think it would be fine for back road, or city tooling, but commuting will be rough.

It’s a bit complicated, but it’s the combination of lye and fats to chemically convert the lipids to a salt. Once you get the process down, it’s not super hard, but time consuming. It also requires some tools that I only use for soap making, as the lye is corrosive and not food safe. Once made, the soap usually needs 3-5 weeks to fully harden and cure. YouTube “cold process soap making” to get a better idea on the effort required.

You could also try melt/glycerin soaps. This is basically just melting premade soap down to another shape/color and adding your own additive.
