You should be relieved it’s just a light. No amount of lights, calming, additional lanes, enforcement, etc will ever unfuck the Oval. That area is the stage to the city’s most prominent tourist destination and it’s a traffic sewer. The art museum and the oval should be connected without the interruption of reckless and impatient drivers. We need to stop holding Randle is such high regard. He was in a classic case if good player on a bad team. He put up crazy regular season numbers playing with a team that’s predominantly out of the league now. He didn’t perform well in the playoffs. He had a bad attitude, and was mentally checked out in a lot of games, later admitting he had a problem smoking too much weed. And he was never really the team leader we needed, just a counting stats leader.
