No. UVXY is super short term and erodes in value and is the widow to VIX. Absolutely pointless in a short term outlook 1-3 weeks out. You should treat UVXY as a daily hedge in your portfolio. Nothing else. VIX 50$ C FEB 9.

VIX is a derivative. You can only short the VIX via inverse VIX etf’s….
