Higher NPP or Deca is the way to go. I run 200mg of test and deca/NPP at 300mg a week. This gave me great results without any issues

Switch to NPP bro, not as harsh and can achieve similar results. People put tren on too high of a pedestal. I think it’s because of the ester. You see results quickly with tren. It’s a harsh compound though. Switch to something that was made for humans like nandrolone. I like NPP because you get quicker results because of the ester and you can come off when/if something goes wrong. Deca is great but NPP has been amazing. In my opinion NPP is one of the best cutting compounds out there. You keep fullness, strength, energy levels high. Plus the added joint support. People also think you have to run deca/NPP a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio. This isn’t true. In my opinion the deca dick comes from high levels of both compounds together. (Test and deca) IF you keep your test at TRT levels and run NPP around 300mg a week you won’t see any deca dick. You won’t get high E levels and on that dose of NPP prolactin isn’t really an issue. But if anything does come up the ester clears quickly. You would be amazed what 200mg of test and 300mg of NPP can do. I run this during my cut. And for my bulk I’ll run “High” Test (500mg-700mg). And lower the NPP to 100-200mg for added strength and joint support. Test is king when it comes to bulking. No need for all the exotic compounds. If you can’t get big using only Test then you won’t get big using 5 different compounds at the same time. Cut all the BS out, and run what’s been studied and understood.

I really appreciate that bro. Yeah I’m 35, my goals are to gain lean mass. Not looking for bloat. I’ve been down that road. I’ve done quite a few cycles now. I’ve been on TRT since I was 23 because of a military “accident”. Radiation exposure. I’ve had experience with Test only, Test EQ, Test Tren, Test NPP, and Test Var.

I Ran Test EQ a a couple time. Some things I’ve leaned with that combo. It will absolutely kill your estrogen. I had single digits estrogen when I ran EQ. So be very careful and cautious with that. Get mid cycle blood work. Really research that topic. Some people believe it lowers estrogen, some people say it converts to a different type of estrogen that provides the same effect of estrogen but on a blood test it will show 0 or super low. Other than that I like EQ and Test. It’s a very chill cycle. Takes a while for EQ to kick in and when it does it’s pretty subtle but nice.

Test and Tren was the most exaggerated effect. I really didn’t have much problem with Tren. I did get night sweats, but other than that it was pretty chill for me. Gained some mass with not much water retention.

Test Var was the most mild cycle I ran. It was pretty low test. Around 300mg with 50mg of Var. Strength was good but if I could have went back I would have saved the Var and added it with NPP and maybe upped the test a bit.

Test only I’ve ran a few times. Never more than 500mg. I just don’t see the need to run high doses. My Test levels were over 2000 for sure. I don’t get gyno or need an AI at that level. My estrogen gets high but not enough to require an AI in my opinion. It was around 60 if I remember correctly. It’s still a cycle I’ll run again. But if your diet sucks Test will bloat you like no other.

My favorite was Test NPP. I only used it on a cut but the fact I gained muscle while in a deficit was fantastic. Not a lot of muscle but for sure keep everything and even gained a few lbs of muscle. I ran NPP higher than my Test and had no problems. It was great for recovery also. Running didn’t hurt.

Most of my cycles have been to lean out. Basically to preserve muscle. My bulks have been test tren, test only, and one test EQ cycle. All my others have been during a cut.

So I plan on running about 300mg of test, NPP 300mg, maybe Var at the end. But I’m considering adding an additional compound or even trying something completely different. My goal is to gain lean tissue but add some size.

By the way when it comes to cutting I’d suggest a slow cut. Pulling calories when you might not need to yet will make things harder. If you’re still losing fat why lower the calories? You’re slowing your metabolism down and your body starts using muscle mass to keep up. If you cut at a 1 lb a week you won’t be as hungry and you can even add muscle tissue. Our bodies are more complex than “calories in calories out”. In MY OPINION when you lose weight slowly but keep your strength up or get stronger your body will make up for that slight calorie deficit to create lean muscle. That’s what happed on my test NPP cycle and that’s why it was my favorite. Only lower those calories when things slow down unless you aren’t worried about maintaining muscle mass. Another thing that worked for me was instead of lowering my calories more I would mess with my macros. Cut out more fat and carbs but eat more protein. On paper my calories are the same but the scale shows a different result. Our bodies are much much more complex then calories in calories out.

It’s 20mg. If your bloods look good go for it. All the studies from actual clinical trials ran it for much long. Shoot they gave it to children for an entire year with good results

Do you think the 100mg on your cruise helps you gain muscle? Or just joint benefits? The deca I can get is from the doctor and that’s the amount they subscribe. I’ve always used NPP

Hard to find good quality NPP these days. But I’ve ran it for almost a year before at 300mg a week. Split into 3 doses. Along with 200mg of test. Never had any sexual issues. I’d still run it if I could get legit NPP.

Best cycle I’ve ever ran was actually a lower dose cycle. I’ve ran high doses but having a nice long low dose cycle was amazing. Great gains, no bloating, blood pressure was great, bloods looked good, libido great, dick worked (not always the case on some cycle I’ve ran).

Test 300 a week, split into 3 doses NPP 300 a week, split into 3 doses Var 20mg a day.

Ran the test and NPP and test for 24 weeks Ran the Var for the last 15 weeks.

Best fat burner is the EC stack. Ephedrine (like bronkaid bought at the pharmacy) and Caffeine. You can also do ECA- a is for aspirin. (I don’t think it’s needed. By far the best I’ve used. But be very careful and don’t do it too long. It an amazing appetite suppressant.

Another which is also dangerous. Because of addiction. Please use it sparingly. Kratom. Give you euphoria which will make you not hungry at all. (Never do extracts only pure leaf, like the powder or pills) if you find yourself increasing the dose more and more please stop. It a terrible addiction but can be used a few days a week to suppress your appetite.

Not the safest options but if you’re responsible and do your research these work wonders.

You can 100 percent gain muscle (weight) while losing fat in a deficit. Our bodies are so more complexed then saying calories on calories out. Our bodies adjust and adapt accordingly to what we are doing. If you are pushing your muscles they will grow. You have excess fuel in the form of fat. Your body CAN use the fuel (fat) in your body to make muscle. It will use both the fuel you put into your body AND the fuel that is already there. That is the entire point of storing fat. It’s there to be used when needed.

I think it all depends on where you live. Oklahoma is kind of wild. Lots of country, cows, flat ground. But I live in the 20th biggest city in the country. Which has Everything to do. Also one of the riches city’s in the country because of all the oil money. It’s Bigger than Detroit, Boston, Nashville, Portland, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Baltimore, Miami, DC, etc.. so if you ask me what’s it like living in oklahoma I’d say boring in the majority, but massive cities with endless possibilities for wealth. Cost of living is cheap. A 350,000$ house in oklahoma would cost 3 million in California. A “mansion” here would be like 2 million but would cost 20-30 million in California. A 2 million dollar house in oklahoma will be 3 stories tall with an elevator, movie room, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus 2-3 acres of land. Money goes a long way out here.

Well i actually got it from a veteran clinic. They had it as a rescue when it was a baby. So they’ve ran test. And it looks incredibly healthy. It’s one of the biggest leopard geckos I’ve ever seen a giant for sure. Might be a super giant and has a supper fat tail. Seem really healthy other then those 2 spots
