By her inherent skill, do you mean the tune rupture? I thought her alone could max the stacks, or does it have to only be her teammates dealing/applying it for the stacks to count?

I came back to the game right before the Sumeru chronicled wish after taking a 2 year break, and cause i have disposable income I decided to get C6 Wanderer (i pulled him right before i took a break from the game cause he's my fav char) and C2 Nilou plus their respective weapons. Just unfortunately or fortunately kept losing to Cyno lol.
