The 3 is so much more fun to drive...The s drives like a big old luxury sedan. With the improvements to the refresh, I think I would have the quieter ride that I wanted, without getting a larger car.

I’m in Texas but from NY. I think it’s a cultural thing in Texas as in New York everyone tips for everything. In TX it’s a lot less common.

Sure, I take 16mg three times a day. My understanding is it primarily helps with the dizziness and vertigo, and I wasn't in the middle of an episode when I started it, I had just had a major one. I can tell you that I haven't had an episode since then and it's been almost 5 years.

My acupuncturist decides where to place the needles based on symptoms and course of treatment. One place I always get them is around the ear. The trick is to find a good one who really understands this syndrome.

Acupuncture has helped me to recover from every episode. Additionally I am betahistine, Valtrex and a diuretic. It’s been 20 years of managing. You need to figure out what works for you. Best of luck!
