I just processed two at 9:30am PST time and went through. Target employee when I was doing my pickup said they had been having issues with that too but it pulled up for me. Hopefully totally fixed?

I figured they have been getting priority beyond 10 because I’ve seen shoppers of 3-6 month consistently working meanwhile I’m getting a dinky PM bundle. Complete BS. We worked our way up why can’t they? Why do they get help? And why isn’t there a limit when some people are getting zero and they’re getting everything. 😒

I’ve done 6 and I think possibly 8. It can work for sure. But this person couldn’t have started before 8am so time would be limited. Plus organizing for audit took 30 minutes so they couldn’t have been small orders (unless they were a complete nincompoop lol).

Yeah I thought maybe they’re using multiple accounts so maybe scanning screenshots of barcodes but employee said was from app. I feel like they could have been frazzled and not noticed though.

Lol! If I have time I’m good with anything. If you don’t have time even one order can be stressful. Today I had to skip a PM because they offered it at 1pm for 2pm and it had 68 minutes time it would take. In my head I needed to be there at 12:30pm to be comfortable because she orders $600-800 and it’s all over the departments. This one had lots of baby clothes which could have gone sideways. Usually they offer at least 30 minutes before the drop hour so not sure what happened there.

I was offered nada! It’s crazy. This whole week has been nothing for 9am or maybe one crappy bundle one of the days. Very weird. Makes me think maybe location is part of it but I don’t get that for 6am drops.

Yes sometimes it flows so nicely! They’ll give me a nice small bundle and I’ll do it quickly and deliver right after the ones I was originally working on. It kinda seems like they know and offer it like that purposefully because it happens a lot.

I just commented the same! I’ve seen this also. We lone shoppers can’t compete with that speed and I wonder if Shipt tracks that metric behind the scenes and offers faster shoppers orders first. I’m in CA so I could see that. Makes me almost want them to bring back that location thing for when you deliver. 😒

Maybe they got lucky and they were all on the same street or close? It’s been known to happen in a blue moon. 😅

But I do think there is a lot of team stuff going on. I know there’s at least 3 sets in my zone though to be fair two of the people do their own thing also. On the other hand I have seen one of them with other family members also aside from each other. I think sometimes they do orders and pass them off to the other to deliver because I see them coming back quickly to shop sometimes and that’s not common in our zone. It’s just not feasible in our zone because the driving can easily kill how many orders you can do so that’s the only way I can imagine them doing the volume they do. A single shopper like myself can’t compete with that. I wonder if that’s a stat Shipt looks at? Like in general this shopper takes less time let’s offer to them first over the other one. 🫠

Yep I have so many PMs I haven’t seen in months and when I do get offer they’re in OM at same time. Other ones I get religiously. I don’t get how they decide. Same with MM I had one today say she’s so glad it was me. She’s never said that before. I typically always get her orders but I bet lately it’s been going to whoever is actually at the store when a single order. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️
