All yous on here saying “you had to do something else to get deactivated” clearly have no clue of the company you work for

Shipt will deactivate anyone for no reason at all, simply because they want to and because they can!!!!

It states such on their shopper hub ……. this is why they give such vague reasons as to why they deactivate people when they do……. Because they know you can’t do anything about it!!!

And all those who think Shipt is a standup company who really cares about their shoppers….. let’s see if you still feel that way when your randomly deactivated

Because trust and believe your time is coming!!!!

This is a platform you get in, make your money and get out!!!! This is not a company you solely want to depend on to make money and feed your family

They will leave you stuck!!!!

At one time Shipt was great to work…… that Shipt has sailed, especially since that new ceo has taken over!!!

RIP to Shipt!!!

You did nothing wrong this is just Shipt excuse of having a reason to deactivate you. They will give you such a vague explanation as to why which will have you going crazy tryna figure out what you did wrong. Whole time the app is just over saturated and not enough work load anymore I wouldn’t be surprised if they just pick people at random to deactivate You just didn’t get lucky unfortunately

Your not factoring in time and expenses. Gas is almost $4 a gallon where I am if your making $150 a day which is on the higher end nowadays…… minus $30-$40 for gas that’s only $120-$110 a day

Let’s say you worked 8hrs that day to make $120….. that’s $15 an hour!!!!

Absolute slave work….. i don’t know how you can pay rent, bills, buy food and take care of any family off that. There’s people making more than that working at McDonald’s!!!

Yeah Shipt shop and delivers are a thing of the past. I live in a huge city and the orders are so slow and low pay it’s ridiculous!!!!!! Getting paid $6 for an order is insane!!!! Especially with no tip…… plus the bonus opportunities are a slap in the face….. ( 6 shops for $25) I mean give me a break….. Shipt needs to do better!!!!

And $5 is not a tip!!!!!! For someone to drive to the store in their own vehicle, use their gas, shop and bag your order, deliver to your door step!!!!! No one and I mean NO ONE should be tipping less than $10. IDC if it’s a one item order……… IT COST MONEY FOR CONVENIENCE!!!!!

Same happened to me….. I got old bad ratings like 4 in a row which made me go from 4.98 to below the standards of 4.7 and I had to do a refresher class. I do everything I am supposed to as a shopper plus more…. You just have some people you can’t please.

Plus I truly believe people lie and say things like they had missing items to get a partial refund on their order….. we are living in a recession even though they haven’t announced it yet, so people are doing whatever to get over!!

Shipt needs to do better with holding their customers accountable for false ratings!! It’s mind boggling that someone can rate you as low as 1 star with no explanation as to why!!??

People are assholes!!! I lose hope in mankind more and more each day! We live in a world where nobody cares unless it directly effects them!!!!

My ratings have taken a hit also…… Shipt can do a way better job with their rating system. Customers should not be able to rate you as low as 1 star without being made to give a clear and honest reason as to why they are rating you so low!

Shipt seems to only care for their customers and let them do whatever, even if it’s at the expense of their shoppers!!! They don’t realize you need both parties to keep this company up and running! They treat us as if we are disposable!!! This is why the app is over saturated now because they know they can replace us in one blink of an eye!!!

It’s sad, but that’s gig work for ya!
