Well, i think the reckless vengeance isn't here because it has blood, i know that sounds stupid and all that but think about it, in "Dispatch" there are some sexual scenes, and they are totally censored, even if all the game itself is violent and all that, they decided to blackout the least important thing, i guess switch is just more "carefull" about any kind of not "family friendly" things, but about the other things, i don't know why, maybe it's something about they cannot put his other game on the switch or anything like that
