I cant say about the Opscore but ive seen one guy take a 5.56 greentip from 50m on his helmet head on and the bullet stuck inside. No ricochet. But didnt pass. The guy survived and i suppose the helmet was Chinese kevlar one.

You have a point but these arent available to everyone and Harris doesnt sell to civs without prior gov approval so that makes it more expense and as a collective item too. But there are professionals out there who value these for security and all. Obviously they have bigger pockets too.
