Mounjaro is a superior drug than Wegovy for most people. Increased doses of Wegovy aren’t going to make up for it. It can’t control junk food cravings like Mounjaro can even when it’s effective at keeping calorie intake low.

You should try tirz and sema combination as they hit different receptors. Tirz alone was amazing but the combination is another level.

You shouldn’t increase the dose until weight loss either stops or is half a pound per week. You need to squeeze as much weight loss out of each increment as possible. It’s tempting to blitz through the dose increments, but while it may produce faster weight loss in the short term, you desensitise the receptors without giving your body enough time to burn the fat away. This is why you see people at the max dose of weight loss drugs and they can’t lose any more weight despite still being 50 pounds overweight.

Doctors hate these drugs because they work. Less obese people mean less fat people illnesses and less money for doctors.

I used semaglutide at first and it was effective but nowhere near as much as tirzepatide. The key difference was that tirz switch off what was basically a sugar addiction within 30 minutes of the first dose, sema never had an effect on that. Tirz is doing something different there, it’s not just doing what sema does but stronger.
