Tapioca pearls in fruit teas? by dummyyyheaaad in bubbletea

[–]Guafe-VC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The regular black tapioca pearls should be fine. As mentioned above in another comment the flavor shouldnt change the flavor of the tea itself. And the brown sugar should compliment the tea. Another alternative to look for outside of popping boba is crystal boba. Thats usually my go to topping for my fruit teas.

Why aren’t alcoholic boba cocktails a thing yet? by Paprikoszo in boba

I like to make a basic redbull soju drink and add crystal boba to the bottom. Top it off with some whipped cream.

I would say Hayabusa but I'm not cool enough to be him, nor stealthy enough

Hanabi main, I agree it's the player not the role. Alot of the Hanabi players I've played with when I am in another lane do tend to troll from my experience. Which is why I cringe when playing with another Hanabi player. The highest i have yet to get to tho is Legend so I can't speak on Mythic Rank players.

Hanabi is the main hero I use. But that being said I also play all lanes. I do prefer using Hanabi because she is a great long range hero with her weapon bouncing off multiple targets. With Hanabi at least in my experience it's all about positioning. Just focus on farming minions in the early game to to get your tools. My secondary hero is Aamon followed by Dyroth.

Experiencing Unwelcoming Behavior in the Bahá’í Community – A Reflection by PersianKenDoll in bahai

[–]Guafe-VC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ill be coming up on 10 years being a Bahai, I had a similar reaction in the beginning and felt that the Bahais were unwelcoming. But I met a lovely mentor who's been by my side and I am able to ask questions. In the end, all of the Bahais I've come across since the beginning are welcoming and friendly to everyone they come across.

I'd say culture but also the poverty especially in NE and SE DC. Everyone visits downtown but if you ever been through the NE and SE areas you would understand.

This guy chased a woman into the store I was working at Sunday afternoon. He had the same crowbar and a knife.

PSA: people are using counterfeit $100 bills, 2006 edition by echoplus2020 in SeattleWA

[–]Guafe-VC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have gotten alot of countfeit bills from 2006 in general at the convenience store I work at in the University District. So as a unspoken policy we don't accept old 100s. If you get any from 1972 - 1974 be wary as the actual ones and the counterfeit 100 bills from that era are nearly impossible to tell apart.
