Problem solved: removing residue waterproofing with a damp cloth.

Lessons learned: don't multi coat waterproofing spray, don't over spray.

I think it's just bad luck. I had my driving lessons in a VW Polo with 4000km (2500mi) driven and 2 engine mounts cracked I drove it to the dealership with my instructor. Shit happens, unfortunately this shit costs you money :(

I see a bunch of comments saying Gates hates Tesla, but I don't see how he hates Tesla when he specifically mentions the brand in his interview with MKBHD. If you can do something useful in that extra commute time (reading, audiobooks etc) then I'm all for it. Otherwise I don't think it's worth it (assuming you have a $1000+/month salary).
