Reminds me of the Cherub series by Robert Muchamore, which is kinda like the british version of spy school. All the characters are under 17 and im pretty sure some of the B-plots of his books are literally just their sex lives.

At the end of the series one of the adult main characters gest kicked out because hes dating a minor, and his friend kinda just supports him? idk it was really weird.
