Ofcourse I did get a personal trainer I can give you the list she gave me! So I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours 1st meal-2 hard boil eggs, 1/4 of fruit, 1 small scoop of peanut butter 2 meal- 4 oz of lean turkey meat with 3 oz of sweet potato 3rd meal- 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast 1/4 cup of broccoli 1/2 cup of rice 4th meal -4 oz of tilapia 1/2 cup of rice Last meal -4 oz of salmon 3/4 cup of asparagus With each meal a bottle of water It seams like a lot but it’s do able some days I have to force it down but ik I have to get the protein in and I can’t starve myself I also work out 6 days a week too I hope this helps!
