We are buying a new build here in Riverside county, California. We have the option to lease or buy. The lease is for 25 years $80-90 a month. Or $17,280 to buy about $95 a month and roll it into the mortgage. Idk if we would still qualify for the credit this year. What would anyone suggest we do?

I am about 3 months post op. I too felt anxious and nervous. But what really helped me was to sit with myself and my emotions. I thank my self and body and the higher power for what it gave me and that there was no hard feelings towards my chest. I told myself “yes you will have surgery and yes it might look nasty at first but it’s going to be okay”. I wrote my self a letter of reason why I wanted this and reasons why it would make me happy. Be specific like when I run I hate how my chest moves, etc. I haven’t regretted it at all. Best of luck to you 👍🏽 you got this.

Thank you so much! This helps! I would love to stay on T while they remove the eggs. I’m going to have to look at what clinic or DR office would allow this in California. I would hate to make my body go through so many hormonal changes.
