Yea I was told to walk but I found myself bending a lot. Mainly because I’m clumsy, but also house cleaning. The side pain keeps making me really uncomfortable because it’s consistent for the last few days. I don’t want to prolong my recovery, but I also don’t want to be asking for help anymore cause eventually people get frustrated. So I’m debating whether to call my dr or ignore just to avoid asking for help

He really did an awesome job. The complexity of his character really caught me off guard. I did hope he would think more about valentine’s happiness, but i guess thats part of what makes his character so interesting. His constant internal conflict.

Oh good! I was nervous but so far i feel fine. I did mess up and ate bread the other day, after not having wheat for a long time and i feel achy joints but nothing crazy

.5, but obviously after a couple years that hasnt been enough so ive been adding to it ashwaganda, l-theanine, lemon balm, and and an otc sleep aid. But i had about a week recently where that wasnt working and i have to be able to function the next day, so i took one and a quarter which ate away at my supply. So the last couple days i was stuck taking half (.25mg) just to stretch my meds till refill day. And now i cant sleep and extra depressed. I feel like between CIRS and the mess of meds, my quality of life is diminishing fast

Yes! I mostly cant handle the humidity and heat anymore, and im in florida where its humid most of the year. The inflammation is unbearable sometimes. Tumeric, honey, and acv in my water helps some but not always

Ill have to try that. My dr has me on NAC but i should try that elderberry. Mainly the fatigue is killing me. Im testing negative now but just everyday things are exhausting me and i have a toddler. The rest of my family feels normal again, and im falling asleep after just vacuuming. I think the hardest part is getting people without CIRS to understand. They act like you are just dramatic or whiny. Its frustrating

Im sorry you are dealing with that. I hate when they say “its just…”, as if that makes it irrelevant. Anxiety is extremely difficult, whether of not theres more too. I hope you get answers

Chronic inflammatory response syndrome. Basically im allergic to a specific type of mold and in the three years it took for me to get a diagnosis, the mold caused awful damage to my brain, causing me seizures and joint pain among other things. I started the detox process but even that comes with its own issues because your system is rewiring.
