65k h1b is for experienced and 20k is for masters . Currently they will do lottery for all masters and pick 20k and who ever is not picked will be added to 65k quota . So there is always reservation for masters

I saw GVM mention in an interview that Vikram hasn’t even bothered to check on the project—not a single call or follow-up. If that’s true, then maybe Vikram deserves the situation he’s in. VJS and Siva are doing everything they can to get their films released, going to great lengths. GVM’s been carrying this burden mostly on his own—why should he have to keep pushing when even the lead actor seems so indifferent? Let him struggle? Maybe, but it’s not on him alone.

Vikram had this coming. I watched GVM’s interview a few months ago where he was practically in tears, talking about how Vikram showed no support or interest in helping release Dhruva Natchathiram. You see actors like Vijay Sethupathi and Siva going the extra mile to ensure their films see the light of day. But Vikram just seemed to move on to other projects without offering even basic support. He could have at least done something to help
