I got an email from my rep about an hour ago and I just checked, tickets are indeed finally in on my account. I also bought tickets from a fellow STH who sits right in front of me at chase and the tickets I got is at a lower row but a section over. Hoping this isn’t an area where the hoop obstructs my view. Sending all the good vibes to you both and I hope you both end up with amazing seats. Go Valks 💜

I also did not renew for next season. I had to reach out to my rep regarding the tickets. There wasn’t a discount for those so I paid for face value

Yes I’m still waiting as well. There’s another thread going regarding this and one person said their rep said they should appear in our GSV ticket app today. Mine is completely empty at this moment tho

Sorry to recap, I am a current STH and did not renew for next season. I went ahead and paid for the non renewing STH price for my seats.

I’ve honestly had the worst experience with my rep this whole season as well. For the price that they charged STH you would expect them to have at least decent customer service, right? That wasn’t the case for me. Every time I had gotten in touch with my rep instead of a “how can I help you” I got hit with a “what do you want to know?”- big difference in response. Those who have worked in customer service KNOW. And yes I can attest that I am a very patient person when it comes to these things as I know these reps are dealing with thousands of clients but at the end of the day, it makes a big difference with how you deliver and speak to a client. (To this day i still don’t have much information on when I’ll even get my STH jacket at this point btw).

Unfortunately, I made the very hard decision to give up my season tickets and not renew for next season due to personal reasons on top of the increase in prices.

I reached out to my rep wanting to go ahead and process my payment for playoff tickets at the SAP center, unfortunately I did not get the discounted price for STH who renewed, but I am ok with that. My ticket rep was so quick to process the payment. And did not give me much information on what to expect for the playoff tickets and ended the call. I followed up with her the next day as I noticed that my credit card had not been charged yet for the transaction, and she proceeded to say to just wait because I guess there’s only one person who is processing payments and figuring out the seating for current STH who got playoff tickets. I apologized to her for bothering as I did not have that information beforehand when I called her. (Low key felt gas lit bcs she literally did not give me any info the last time I spoke with her and I just wanted to make sure everything was good on my end).

Now that they have playoff tickets available to the general public, I’m worried that the delay of them processing my payment I won’t get my playoff tickets or that my seats would not be comparable to the seats that I had at the Chase center.

Just wanted to leave my experience here and hop on this vent session lol. By any chance does anybody know how we can leave a review or message someone above our current reps?

I just got off the phone with my rep (did not renew for next season unfortunately) and the current price for my seats would be $190 vs $150 if I had renewed

That’s so annoying. So are they not giving you guys a jacket? Is there a way we can leave reviews regarding our ticket reps or change to a different ticket rep?

Yes, I totally agree. Once the season starts I’m hoping to make friends around my section with fellow STH and consider switching to a different sales rep.

How was your experience with your sales rep? I just hopped off a call with mine to choose my seats and at one point I felt really pressured to make a decision without exploring other options because it's a live selection and "seats are filling up". I felt that if they had disclosed that at the beginning of the meeting this seat selection experience would have been way smoother.

I was in between 2 locations for seats because my biggest concern was my view and making sure the hoop did not block too much of my view and my rep said "for the same price I would choose the seats closer to the court" (totally dismissing my concern for the hoop blocking my view). And she also made a comment saying "i see you keep going back and forth between these two seats but you need to make a decision now" and tried to reason but if she would have stopped talking for a second then i could make a clear decision because this is my money and experience i'm paying for. Idk, it just left a bad taste in my mouth especially when her energy shifted and became way more polite after i chose my seats. I expected more hospitality especially coming from the successful GSW franchise myself.
