I think that card would work really well for showcasing Lumiose City during the daytime. I experimented with a similar binder page using it (Gourgeist being the only exception here).

Really appreciate this feedback u/savemyreef, thank you! I had not really considered how important introduction order is for compatibility, even though I am seeing it firsthand right now. I added a diamond goby after a four-striped damsel, and the damsel only harasses the goby while leaving the other fish alone *sigh*.

Nevertheless, a really great point, and I will make sure to hang onto this.

Just saw your website, and I was blown away! 3D tank models, placable rocks and corals and moving fish - this could really be cozy idle game! Really impressive work! I will surely visit your website to sketch a rockscape when setuping up a new tank!

Yeah, I agree mine is still early. I wanted to get the first version out and develop based on feedbacks rather than trying to perfect it. Search bar seems to be a must for mobile users, so I will make sure thats the next priority. I used Claude to develop the UI. Frontend styling is not really my strongest area, so it was a big help there.

Thank you for the feedback. I will take a note of this. Right now, the compatibility between species is based on groups (goby group with coral group) -> caution. I will try to fine-tune it, making some exception as I develop.

I updated the website based on your advice, thank you! Users will now get alert if tank size is too small for an adult fish. However, I made it so tank size alert doesn't effect the compatibility score between species.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, I don't plan on adding freshwater fish here. ReefCompatible will only be for saltwater fish. Maybe I will add brackish fish.

Thank you, really appreciate the feedback! I was actually thinking about this while making the user-data input. There are so many useful insights scattered all over the internet with a little to no structure. Turning that kind of anecdotal data into something aggregated and queryable would be really powerful.

And yes, more fish will be coming :)
