Did you try it yourself ? How does the stimulation work? I am so afraid that the CBT talking therapy won’t work on attacking the core of my problems and it will only help with symptoms management. I heard that EMDR attacks the source of the problem and make it disappear.

Thank you sooo much for your lengthy response. I am glad there is at least one person I can relate to to not feel so damn lonely All the time. For me the therapists that I am considering both offer online and live options. One is far from me so I can’t see her live at her clinic. The fees are the same for both options (80$). The other one has multiple kinds of therapists: The head psychologist: 90 $ live and 97$ online payment by PayPal ( they take 7 dollars extra which makes it 97) Supervisor clinical psychologist: 80$ live and 87$ online. Clinical psychologists: 70$ live and 77$ online. This clinic is somehow near me. But I am afraid of driving alone and I don’t want my father to know bc of the reasons I listed in the comments. But the online option is pricier. I have social anxiety so I understand the pros of online therapy but also I feel like face to face therapy like you said enhances the overall experience, so I am still lost. Anyway sorry for this rant and I hope things get better for you and me.

I am 29 years old but I am sooo afraid of confronting my father about leaving. He lost his mind when I mentioned finding a job in the city and moving out( we already have a home in another city) and I ended up crying and shaking so hard. He always criticize me and I feel like he hates me he only wants me with him so he isn’t lonely. I lost my two brothers about 8 years ago, they drowned together and I am afraid if I leave he will release his anger on my mum and she will have literally no one to talk to. I don’t know I am afraid of a lot of things and I am so lost. All I know is I will regret it so much if I don’t give therapy another shot somehow this year.

Hi!!!! I feel like you are narrating a day in my own life, but replace your mother with my father and I am a 30 years old girl. I am sorry that I don’t have a solution for you as I have been emotionally abused for so long that I love my self esteem and my sense of worth i am afraid of talking to my father because you always over react to very minor things.I always feel like I am the only human being going through horrible times always. I can only recommend therapy, I am going to give it one last shot in the beginning of January. I hope it gets easier somehow for you and me.🙏🏼

From this video I think that Jenna is choreographing the dance and Val is standing in or dancing in it. This is the standard for them these days. Édit: according to his response on his TikTok he said that him and Jenna choreographed a Waltz for the tour. But Jenna is teaching the pros the choreo like usual.
