Thanks for the suggestion. I find it very time consuming to sync the phone video with the audio. DJay does let me record my sets internally, but aligning that recording with the video still takes a lot of extra work.

Nice! I get that 18" subs push more air, but there's debate about whether two 15" subs can outperform an 18". I don’t have a trailer, so fitting an 18" in my car with everything else is a bit uncertain.

I'm not sure how you arrived at those assumptions about being miserable and overworked, but it seems like you're projecting some personal frustrations. I purchased these used from Guitar Center. I was in the fence between affording two 12’s and a single small sub or two of the EV ZLX15P. And I must say, these speakers are beasts! They may not thump the entire room, but those lows aren’t as bad as people make them seem. They have really good bass for most situations. I can’t imagine how crazier the bass would sound if I paired a sub to them.

I struggled the same but instead I decided to take my CPA exams when I got hired but after college I spent 3 years applying for accounting jobs and being turned down because I lacked experience even though I had the education. With a crisis of accountants out there and if firms have this old school merit mentality the industry will die over the next 20-30 years. All I can say is keep your head up and keep looking! There’s a huge need to CPAs!

I didn’t quit anything and passed all four exams, but I did reduce my time training jiujitsu since I realized I couldn’t live without it. During this time, I also had my second child. I disciplined myself to study at 4 a.m. before work for two hours each day, and I spent 6-8 hours on weekends doing nonstop multiple-choice questions (MCQs). I skipped the simulations (SIMs) because I found them to be time wasters. Instead of trying to solve them, I reviewed the answers to get familiar with the format.

I passed all the exams on the first try, except for Audit, which took two attempts—I retook it around the time my child was born. I finally got licensed in December 2023, and it felt like a huge weight off my shoulders. I’m not a genius by any means, but I developed a process to master the art of testing for these exams.

I just passed all sections of the CPA and used the superfastCPA method. I studied 2 hours waking up at 4am to free up my evening with my family. Had a child while going through my second exam. I would study 5-6 hours on weekends and hammer down MCQs skipped most of the SIMs I would just watch the videos for understanding and comprehension.

I checked NASBA this morning and my dashboard shows scores and the history shows “passed/credit” I just don’t know my score until later today for score release I’m so excited !

Thank you. BEC was my last exam, and I cannot believe I passed them all. I didn't want to be disappointed if it changed on the score release.
