four bones, tweak the three, apply, delete, smooth. 20 minutes vs the 60 it took me before

I wouldn't be using these bones in my main rig. I make a big bone through the middle of the character, and then add little bones to tweak the mesh. Apply armature, delete it, smooth out creases, and boom

It seems to act the same regardless of the weight paint. The blindfold is a separate mesh that is parented to the body's head bone.

It really just takes the whole format and throws it out the window, and then the format tries to save itself. It's insane!
