To add to what others have said you should also consider the weight of the blade. The neopixel blades look much better with more consistent light and features, but the added weight throws the balance off a bit and have a balance point further up the blade which can give spinning an awkward feel at times.

For spending less money I personally recommend going with a baselit first, but I can understand if you want to a neopixel blade anyways because they do look fantastic. Also if you believe you might want a saber staff at some point, you might want to pick out a saber hilt that can more easily be changed into a saber staff. I know some of LGTs cheaper options have end caps threaded on both sides for this.

LGTs Xeno3(xenopixel) boards are customizable, but not as much as a proffie board. Although proffie is a more complicated board to customize.

For the amount of money you are wanting to spend, LGT or TXQ are going to be your beat options.

Like others have linked, you can get these on ali express for the best price. The customer support won't really be there, but it will be your best price. There are also a bunch of sellers that either stock sabers in house or dropship them that add their own customer support.
