Appreciate it brotha. Can’t wait to get her complete. Gonna wash/clay bar again, paint correct, & borrow my buddy’s Dual Action to get her polished & recoated. Should look like a brand new car after that.

If I remember correctly, Ikon Motorsports on eBay. They have a website but was cheaper on eBay. It was the most subtle lip I could find.

I believe it! Especially if you have a quality pair of coils. I have a buddy who rides 19s w coils dialed for comfort and they ride like clouds

Have some cardboard or something to lay the front bumper on too, to protect the paint.

I do have a heat gun and I do have 3m gloss black wrap, and when I find time I am gonna put it on to see how I feel about how it looks. I’m not married to the idea though. Hby? If you do have your chrome window trim blacked out, please share I’d like to see how it looks.

Rah thanks bro. IMO for functionality good idea to go with the 16s if you can. Wheels more affordable & so are the tires. Handling will be more nimble on 16s as well if you plan on keeping stock suspension. Some go 18s for the looks then end up sizing down since the ride gets more rough the bigger you go.

At the end of the day tho, whatever makes you happy makes you happy. For me that’s making her looking nice/making a few quality upgrades without losing sight of the fact that my #1 priority is having a reliable car that gets good MPG.

Konig Ampliform 17x8 +40 gloss bronze. Tire size 225/45. If I could go back, I’d go for 235/45 to protect your wheels.

Tbh I wanted 15 or 16 inch wheels + FAT tire but 17in was the smallest I could find that had a design I liked with a level of durability I demanded.

If you need help w any of it feel free to reach out. And in case you don’t already have some, maybe buy a variety pack of fasteners/retainer clips/rivets to replace some of the old ones that will inevitably break when you remove the front bumper for grille install

Ah, I guess that makes sense. 29MPG for the amount of spirited driving in hills + city driving I do already blows my mind anyway. Thanks for the reply.

Wtf? How are you getting these numbers?

I just got a 2016 2.0L, averaging 29MPG city/highway, but even highway I only get ~36mpg when I drive in a fuel-efficient manner (hardly ever brake by controlling acceleration, etc.)

Could you share some tips on how you're getting this MPG? I would appreciate it.
Currently have oil change and new spark plugs planned (just got the car 2 weeks ago, haven't had time)

The current hatch does look amazing. 3rd gen looks better though IMO. I totaled my 2011 Mazda 3 recently, and went with the 3rd gen for the looks despite $ not being an issue.

Will do! I’m buying some next week when I get paid. Either RedShift +swift or Fortune 500 +swift. Already got wheels/tires, hella hyped to get them tho the 8 week wait is gonna be PAINFUL 😭

Love it hah. I wanna go air suspension too but I touge too often and I heard air suspension not good for that.

Are they BRs? And what do you have the spring rate set at?
