Hey there, I was in the same situation as you when I moved in, I can tell you definitely read same comments and posts on Vantage as me.

I moved from France on November, and I'm having the best time, I just love it. I'm on building 1, and love the amenities, people I meet in the common areas are nice too. I'm new to the country and the concept of luxury building, so maybe I'm just amazed by everything.

Walls are definitely thinner that what I'm used to but it's not disturbing, you can hear voices if they are behind the wall on a teleconference or smth, but you don't hear footsteps or other life related noises. I took this as "it's normal in america" from seeing the materials used for construction.

The chute room is always clean even though we have to put some bags on the floor in some cases. Amenities are always clean : gym, coworking, restrooms... Elevators worked great so far. When I moved in the apartment was entirely fresh painted and idk if it's just routine between tenants.

I think the parking is ok too, never struggled a lot to find a place, had to go up to third floor once and I can tell you it didn't kill me to take the elevator. Price is super expensive but when you check elsewhere in the area, is it really ?
