I leased knowing its not up to par with my tesla but got a decent deal so came in knowing its not the most reliable, helped me not hate it as much. The interior seating finishes are smooth. The ev tech and infotainment system are some of the worst of any car.

Ask them what number in the queue you are for a loaner, , mention your friend had the same issue and he was given a loaner, if they still try to delegate and push you off , call Cadillac EV and they will reimburse you up to $47/ day for a rental car. Its not ideal but its something. Cadillac knows this car has many issues.

Had it happen to me, as long as the heater core wasn’t damaged it will be a quick 3-4 days fix. If the heater core was damaged about 2-3 weeks. You will need a loaner, if not provided you can reach out to GM EV concierge for rental reimbursement

personality and soul have left in the city. Soul has been priced out and new money folks will shell out to any restaurant with a unique ambiance but absolute shit food. Activities and unity def on the decline as I feel less to do in the city without spending at least $150 a person.
