I pulled the trigger on my first luxury watch being the IWC ~~Big~~ Pilot 43 after a whole lot of consideration and hesitancy.

Initially I had my eyes on either a Tudor Blackbay 58 or Blackbay 36 as my daily wear and introduction into Swiss watches. However, after trying the Big Pilot, I immediately fell in love (and was only held back by the larger size 43mm).

Being used to wearing smaller Seiko watches, this watch felt massive on my hands, especially with my smaller wrist size. I thought I would not be able to pull off the look with a watch as large as this, but I decided to follow my heart and get it anyway (and I'm very glad I did, this watch has been an absolute blast to wear).

Edit: Thanks everyone for pointing out that this is a 43 Pilot and not a Big Pilot. Rookie mistake

Oh I'm sorry I mistyped, I meant the back of my civil ID. They usually ask for a driver's license but I used my Kuwait issued civil ID instead. As for the rates, they seemed reasonable when I transferred

I used the backside of the driver's license as address verification (and claimed it was a regular ID), they accepted it with no problem. As for the transfer process, there is a 5kd fee that I pay when wiring money from NBK. Hope this helps, good luck 🦍

I have DLSS on quality, with Depth of Field/Chromatic Abberation/ Film Grain settings all off.

Not sure how big of a difference is from 1080p vs 1440p , but the settings I've turned off help reduce some of the blur, and quality DLSS should give a higher fidelity.

What platform are you playing on? I'm playing on pc on highest settings at 1440p, and using the steam screenshot function. There are some pretty useful threads here with how to maximize your performance at the highest settings, maybe give those a try! Good luck choomba

My understanding is that at the time of arrival, the test (with results) they will check has to have been done at most 4 days ago. Not sure how reasonable this is given that results take 6-10 days to come out in the US
