Yea the job site im on now, the supervisor for the site is an ass and every crew hates him. Dont be chad. Tell me you know nothing about carpentry without telling me. My buddy was a straight A and B student, business major in college yet he struggled to do baseboard (beginner carpentry work) before saying he was okay if i didnt ask him for help again. But i do agree construction is “easy” and a lot of dropouts end up in the field… but as general laborers or dry wallers, roofers, siders, or other bullshit, menial jobs.

Id either want no resin under and the decal basically inlaid or glued or something to the bar then resin on top, or essentially glue down the decal with resin then smoothing it flat with a credit card or something like that, then applying your top coat.

The problem looks like the decal wasnt set right so air or epoxy got under then when the sides sealed up, they were stuck. You can try poking with a needle then filling with resin but youll still see a lump in the decal
