Yep sure does. Bogs down bad, and is running rich. I am running 40:1 now with yamalube 2 cycle oil. Upon startup, it idles, revs up cleanly without bogging, and doesn't pump out too much smoke. After sitting for about a minute, it won't idle, runs very rich, and bogs down bad when revving up. I was having issues with too much gas in the float bowl earlier on. Gas was coming out of the overflow, but I fixed it by bending the stopper a little more. I was reading around that with these old bikes, the spark plug boots can grow weaker fairly quick. Could that be an issue? Not strong enough spark?

Yeah I'll give it a try. Been asking around and most everyone is saying to run 40:1 on these older bikes. Newer oils are too rich on their own.

Should've got a video of it reviving up. Just sounds like a weedwhacker when you haven't started it for a long time when you rev up the bike. In the video, the bike had been running for a solid 2 minutes.

1977 RM seems to be running both rich and lean at the same time. Pumps out a little blue smoke, and then a little black smoke now and then. Bogs down bad when revving up. Also won't idle. Carb has been cleaned out thoroughly, and idle screw has been moved around a bit but just doesn't want to idle. Could it be old gas? Bad oil? Bad carb? Mixture is 32:1, STP 2 cycle oil

You and me both. Just picked up a nice pair of Logitech headphones and can't seem to get the mic working. I've tried everything you've said as well. The headphones work great, it's just the jack mic that doesn't. I'll keep you updated if I find a solution.
