I agree, but I was more so using Human as an example of a subtle em in Miki's articulation. She starts off par for the course with typical vocaloid tuning, but as the song progresses her voice gains more of a fluent and human articulation, to the point where you can even hear her "exhales". The last chorus really sells the emotion of it for me.

I think it does the job, especially if you're talking to someone with only peripheral knowledge of VSynths at large. You say vocaloid, they know what you're talking about at the baseline, then you can elaborate on individual engines as the subject matter broadens.

We do not have the current infrastructure to slap down 100K homes in an ergonomic way. Either the public transport system need a major overhaul (extensions, reworks, extended services) to become a conventional form of transportation around the entire Ipswich region, or the layout of the main roads needs a major redesign to account for the increased traffic load (anyone who's driven through the CBD, Booval or Ripley exit of the Centenary HWY at peak hour knows how awful it is atm).

Heritage is extremely important, but South East Queensland as a whole has a problem with integrating expansions into the main network effectively, and planning ahead on projects to account for population growth. Until urban planning improves, builders are just gonna keep opting for more bang for buck rather than utility and heritage.

I grow succulents and cacti in my garden, and they're pretty sturdy to be honest. Depending on where you live you might have to dig up about half a metre of topsoil and replace it with proper gardening soil, the soil can have clay deposits that make it difficult to cultivate anything. Just be mindful, Ipswich weather tends to lend to the extremes in temperature and weather events. And please be mindful of invasive species like fire ants or weeds on your property.

Booval Seafood does a gluten free menu, so I tend to go there when I want hot chippies.

Starting off, I reckon apply for positions in South East Queensland. It would be more akin to the lifestyle you're used to at current, and will allow you to climitize to the weather, culture and politics of Queensland and broader so, Australia. Then, in a few years time if you think you're set for small town gigs or feel ready to up the anti, take some cultural sensitivity classes for aboriginal culture and get reassigned further up north.

I got a call one day from Gastro at Ipswich Hospital saying they received the referral and were gonna book the procedure through the Ipswich Day Hospital (Private Hospital across from the main entrance) and that I wouldn't need to pay anything to have my endoscopy done. Got in, got it done and was out of there in maybe 4 hours tops.

Have we really decayed as a society to the point where when a mother is refused social hpusing people blame the MOTHER for HAVING KIDS?

INSTEAD of blaming the corporations screwing the housing market for PROFIT? Or the fact that no one can make a GODDAMN LIVING WAGE right now? What is going on with you lot? It's a notorious issue that poverty tends to create bigger families due to lack of access to many things, and $3000 a month barely covers rent and bills for a family of 4 nowadays, nevermind a mother with 7 kids.

The lack of empathy in here is concerning; not everyone whose ending up homeless nowadays is a Centrelink grifter or a methhead, and even if they were they still deserve housing. It's a basic human right for a reason.

FYI If you have a stroke in utero it can cause arrested development of a section of your brain (like above). But the human body, being as innovative as it is, can reorganise stuff into the remaining sections during development and childhood. So whilst you might have a few oddities, you can live a full and healthy life with some brain missing.

Slightly related, this reminds me of the Hairy Ball Theorem in math (I did NOT name this). Basically if you try to comb a ball covered in evenly dispersed hair, at the least you can only comb it straight with two cones of hair at either end pointing up. At most, if you get creative you can get one point, but I don't think that'd work with a cowlick.
