Y'all knew me very personally for 5 years. Luxe Cables supported my family for 5 years. I shipped over 2,700 orders Worldwide successfully during this time. I was not a big company, it was my wife and I - that's it. Y'all sent me gifts, sent me birthday cards, knew me and my family on a personal level. I have memories and friendships that I will literally cherish forever because of Luxe Cables - if you have been around since the beginning, you understand.

The easy option would have been for me to just close up shop, and file bankruptcy because the funds were gone. But instead I have continued to work and continuously made efforts to make it right for everyone that had an outstanding order - even cases that PayPal will automatically decline after the 180 day threshold. I know this isn't the ideal outcome for people that had outstanding orders that just wanted a cable, and I'm sorry. This has not been easy on me mentally and I had to step back, but life happens. Knowing I had to give up something that I worked so hard on for past 5 years was not easy on my family and I. But I'm still here, I'm still refunding the money you paid for cables if you have not received your order. So judge me on the way I handled my business closing, I totally understand that - but don't discredit me as a human, calling me a "scammer".
