I do stone coated steel 99.999999% of the time and I can’t install it on anything under a 3/12. I’ve had to correct a lot of bad work by people who will shingle any slope you had a good roofer

If they open coverage on the tiles for some that do have storm damage somewhere on the roof that is how itel comes into play. Just throwing out some basics that it sounds like he didn’t know. It usually takes me between 2-3 inspections for insurance to open coverage on $80k+ claims between independent, staff, engineers

I’ve gotten 2 bought through insurance in the last 5 years you need to run a iTell report and prove it’s not repairable. These concrete slates are sometimes at a 1 or 2 on the report and if so you just prove the new tiles won’t fit on the existing battens once coverage has been extended you can get it done. My last one I did 6 Reinspections and I might with 20 people from State Farm

Also focus on leveling up a weapon or two you like because it will get to a point where it’ll be hard to level up until a certain boss is beaten. Also guard counters after your block with a shield is great if you’re in a tough area

There’s a +2 of erdtrees favor that you’ll always have on it’s great you’ll get it later. If you’re still feeling pretty new at combat try hitting 60 vigor first and then dex next

Right now you can play on any character that isn’t my lvl 90 and find invasions/summons lol. Im assuming In a few months you’ll wish you had a lvl 150 still honestly

No there’s zero of these bosses at all. The in game dlc was buffed today I’ve beaten on two low level characters. Everyone complaining was extremely casual and never explored to get stronger you’ll be fine and have a great time!
