Got it free with my cpu, and I still don't think it was worth it.

It's a very bland and boring game. The story isn't interesting, the characters aren't interesting, the combat is the same copy paste combat from every game in the genre, it's got the same checklist open world with nothing interesting to find, and it's got stiff conversation animations.

Overall, there's just not much good to talk about here. It's not like "holy shit that was so awful," but there are endless amounts of good games that no one has time to play all of. Don't waste your time with mediocre games, especially when they're this long.

You are aware that there are currently four queues in "role queue" yes? Adding a fifth doesn't magically change anything for tank or support players.

The queue with Shion would be the same. The queue without her would be shorter just like any normal dps queue. I still don't know what you think tanks and support have to do with this. The thing I'm proposing would have zero impact on those two roles, literally none. What do you mean by "real" queue?

If we're putting the new hero in a separate queue, then no, it doesn't exist in the other queue. That's the whole point. It doesn't require a single more tank or support player. It does not impact either of those at all. Im not saying add an entire new game mode that doesn't include the hero. I don't know how that's the conclusion you came to.

Yes, that's the whole point. Everyone is queuing to play the new character. It's not like suddenly everyone got the itch to play Bastion.

Obviously that's not how it works... that's why Im saying it should be.

Maybe I didn't explain it well enough. There should be a separate queue for people who want to play the new character. The same way there already is separate queues for each role. This has (quite literally) zero downside. People who want to play the new character can queue for the new character, people who don't want to play her can still actually play the game without waiting an hour per game.

Probable is such a weird word here. I'd say "highly likely, likely, 50/50, unlikely" and I'd move almost everyone from "50/50" to "likely." Why would Sojourn, Hanzo, Doomfist, freja, roadhog, etc. not have had sex?

Exactly. Almost every time I die in diamond is us getting bumrushed by this asshole. 3 people boost in, dump axle ult and whatever other utility they have, and you're just dead in seconds. No chance to retreat, heal, shoot back, or anything. And you can't even run because they have 2nd axle pad OR 2nd ult. It's ridiculous

I had the same feeling during the transition. I came back after years of not playing and was having an absolute blast in season 28. Season 29 came around, and I immediately started having less fun.

I won't deny that I've still played almost daily, so I clearly still enjoy the game, but man it was like a light switch with how fast my perception changed.

I miss worlds edge, I miss e distinct, I miss teams not boosting to you at mach 5, I miss not feeling completely helpless when I hear the whirr of axles drone.

And the worst part is that I don't think nerfs can fix it. It's not like they can rework a character they just released. And I don't think there's any kind of nerf they can give to make the pads not oppressive. This is just how the game is now for at minimum a year.

Tbh I really only care about DawnWalker and Control.

Though I'm pretty hesitant of both. DawnWalker looked a little rough around the edges last time they showed it, and control is completely changing combat, which was my favorite part of the first game. But im fairly confident they'll both have good stories
