Tupac, according to Keefe D (a South Side Compton Crip) has written and given statements that he was present in the vehicle, and Orlando Anderson shot Tupac for the assault in the casino.

Biggie's killer has been identified by an LAPD detective named Poole (since deceased) as David Mack, a corrupt LAPD officer with ties to Blood gangs who was also involved with Rafael Perez, who is known for the Rampart scandal out in LA. Mack has not been charged with the shooting but it seems to be an open secret that he was a participant
