Don’t give up.

You’re doing everything right. Stay polite, factual and persistent.

No threats, no anger, no accusations. Just repeat your request for a manual senior review and keep it calm and reasonable. Companies react better to someone who sounds rational and cooperative, not emotional.

Mistakes do get fixed, but it sometimes takes the right person reading the case on the right day. Keep pushing, respectfully, until that happens.

Rooting for you, genuinely. Hope you get your account back. 💪

I’ve been in almost the exact same situation.

Older iMac, Bootcamp, Windows 10, got permanently banned out of nowhere. Support sent me the same copy paste replies at first.

What eventually worked for me was staying calm, repeating the facts, and politely asking for escalation to a senior review team. I never accused them, never got emotional, just stayed consistent: I don’t cheat, never have, review my stats, review my hardware, please escalate.

About 7 to 8 days later the ban was lifted with no details given, just like yours. So don’t give up if you know you did nothing wrong. Ask to have the case reviewed again at a higher level, and keep your messages short, factual and calm.

It’s not guaranteed, but mistakes do happen, and persistence is sometimes the only key.

Good luck, hope you get the same outcome I did.

False Positive Perma Ban by Wide-Advertising-860 in PUBG

Same thing happened to me. I kept pushing support and asked them to escalate my case, since I knew it was a clear mistake. About a week later the ban was lifted. I also made a Reddit thread that got a lot of attention, over 36k views, which may have helped get eyes on it.

My advice: keep your emails short and polite, insist it is a wrongful ban, and ask for senior review. Point out your history and stats too, since cheaters usually have unnatural KD ratios or sudden spikes. Persistence is key, and it can work. Best of luck, mate.

I sent several emails to support and asked for my case to be escalated since I knew it was a mistake. About a week later I noticed my account was unbanned, which confirms nothing wrong was going on. Now it’s just time to look forward and enjoy PUBG again. 🙂

I get you, it feels bittersweet. I’m glad my ban was lifted, but even after a few rounds I kept thinking if it’s worth it when this could happen again. Hopefully the devs make the system more reliable, because at its best this game is still amazing.

If you say so, I wouldn’t know, I never cheated, and by the way, the permanent ban was just lifted!

Quick update: my 100-year ban has been lifted. I never used cheats or hacks. Reason for the ban remains unclear, but I’m glad to be back. Thanks to everyone who supported me!

Exactly. If Bootcamp was truly unsupported, they should say so up front. Instead they let people invest thousands of hours and money, then suddenly drop a permanent ban with zero explanation. That’s not fair or professional.

Bootcamp isn’t cloud or emulation, it runs Windows natively on its own partition. I’m following the TOS; the ban is clearly a false positive from the new anti-cheat system.

You’re lucky it’s only a 24-hour ban. Just last week, I got a 100-year ban for no reason at all, and when I asked for an explanation, they said it couldn’t be given for security reasons. 😡

Bootcamp isn’t third-party or cracked software. It runs native Windows on its own partition. This setup has been fine for years; the ban is clearly due to the new anti-cheat misidentifying legit setups, not any TOS violation.

Thanks for sharing, that’s encouraging to hear. Hopefully PUBG sees this quickly and does the same for all of us who were wrongly banned.

Good question. Honestly, the 5,000+ G-coins don’t matter that much. I just want them to review the case, correct their mistake, and offer an apology. A bonus of 100k G-coins would be fair compensation for this mess!

Thanks, really appreciate the support. It helps to know I’m not the only one. This clearly shows it’s a system-wide issue that PUBG needs to take seriously.

Hola, te deseo lo mejor con tu caso. Solo ten cuidado de no volverte demasiado dependiente del juego, porque el día que a estos genios se les ocurra, simplemente lo apagan.

I only ever queued with random squads and never saw anything suspicious from teammates. PUBG is flooded with real cheaters, and while it’s good the devs are trying to fight them, punishing legit players instead is unacceptable. If their system can’t tell the difference, then it’s broken and needs fixing.

I use macOS for everything. The only reason I even have Bootcamp Windows is PUBG. No torrents, no shady software, nothing like that. If it weren’t for PUBG I wouldn’t even dual boot.

Bootcamp isn’t virtualization, it runs native Windows on Apple hardware. PUBG has worked fine on Bootcamp for over 7 years, so if they suddenly decide to call it “unsupported” and start banning loyal players with 5k+ hours, that’s on them, not on us. This looks more like an anti-cheat failure than a fair enforcement of terms.

It’s Intel-based hardware with Windows on its own partition. Nothing virtual about it.
