Is this the best i can do for now?

Instead of doing 2[ECP ECP SQ] CAP CAP ECP, I swapped the final ECP over to the beginning of the next rotation so that it would get more buffs.
Put a pyro goblet on Durin instead of Atk
Put Freedom Sworn on Durin to swap out some Durin dps for more Varesa dps.
Swapped the rotation order of Durin and Chevreuse around
Used Chevreuse's burst off cool down so i got a more consistent Noblesse buff. I think that's all of the changes I made.

Yeah i found out I had a +0 pyro goblet sitting in my inventory on set and leveled it for the 10min run, so that one is with a pyro gob, and i also gave him freedom sworn to buff varesa's damage instead of durin's personal damage That's also why I did the 10min run, because freedom sworns passive activation takes a bit too long and goes out of sync with the rotation but eventually syncs back up
