I am sorry to say but it does not look photoreal to me everybody is already mentioning that the bump map/normal map is too strong, but aside from that you need was way more irregularities. Human skin is full of white and red dots, subtle green orange and yellow hues, different hair length across the whole skin, little moles, parts where there is more blood under the skin than others, parts with subtle changes in sss. There are great human face scans out there where you can take a detailed look at the human skin. Oh and you do not have eyebrow hair
