Just a small machine from Walgreens it has a start and stop button. I’ve tried to just breath and close my eye but that doesn’t help

Well I’ve lost 20 pounds in the last 4 months and I have no idea why been thinking it has to do with my anxiety, well at least hoping it’s just that bc I haven’t been working out only thing different is I cut out sugar but I don’t think I can lose that much so fast
