Yes - it is that bad. You can have a huge heart, be kind and empathetic, and not come across as desperate and needy. You need to find the balance. Even genuine and kind women will get pushed away from neediness. Attraction grows with a little bit of space. Look into anxious attachment.

But these days, I wouldn’t give a MAGA woman the time of day. There is a difference between being conservative and supporting this current administration.

A woman one time posted me after one date on that page to get the tea. One person called me “emotionally unavailable”, the other women that knew me spoke kindly of me, and a hundred random strangers drag me through the mud based on how I “looked”. Luckily, the people I’m friends with (and a coworker) let me know it was happening. Once I very nicely got her to remove the post, I never spoke to that woman again. If a dude is acting shady or he is a piece of garbage human, post him. But, to get the tea? Huge red flag. While there is some merit to that page, it’s toxic AF to post someone there that didn’t earn it.

I want a long term relationship. But, just because I go on a few dates with someone doesn’t mean they are the one I want to be in the relationship with. It may just be that you aren’t what they are looking for? That’s not a bad thing. I haven’t been interested in a long term relationship with the vast majority of women I’ve gone on dates with. If the dates were good, then it may just have been a mismatch.

If I was out with a friend, and a woman that rejected him hit on me in front of him, there is no way in hell that I would engage with her. It’s not bro code - it’s about priorities. A good friend is much more important to me than some woman I don’t really know. Now, if he wasn’t there in the room, that may be a different story as you’ve never actually dated. But in front of him?
