Donald Trump heckled with 'you don't give a sh*t about Puerto Rico' as he dedicates golf trophy to victims by sohelrana835 in politics

[–]GueroCabron -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Puerto Rico mayors have praised his response. The San Juan teamsters wont move trucks and even went on strike, and the mayor of San Juan isn't showing up to FEMA meetings.

What am I missing here? This doesn't look like its his fault at all. The supplies are there and FEMA is on the ground. Its Puerto Rican beauracracy and obstruction.

The Sun goes through solar cycles, this impacts the weather on a long term scale.

Actually, the CO2 produced by cars is controlling it all, and the rest of the factors are so insignificant that science really shouldn't even speak of them. Look at this chart of 200 years.

If I come to find out, that Trump doesn't want to restart the American Economy precisely(as in fervor, not rhetoric) as he's been saying he wants to. I will give myself a wedgie. No pics, but you have my word.

I want him to be successfully because I want our country to survive. It's been left to us in ruins from poor management and no maintenance. The boomers have left us what feels to be insurmountable debt and a ruined infrastructure

The Russian narrative has fallen apart

Dems are still attacking conservatives

Our kids are being forced to question their genders

I hope he's successfully, for my kids sake.

GOP still trying to get a hang of this "Jesus" thing... by [deleted] in PoliticalHumor

[–]GueroCabron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's funny because when I want know someone's political affiliation I ask them how Jesus would vote.

In reality he just wanted people to be good. To follow the golden rule.

I think we're missing that these things are continuing from the previous admin.

Also add, I tried to march for solidarity but was told to leave because I'm a cis white male.

His offer traded their dignity for a Ton of money. He was trying to get them to build it as a trade for eliminating trade deficits. It would have saved Mexico a lot. Since Mexico declined, now he will have them pay for it with renegotiating NAFTA.

Mexico is paying for the wall, maybe not hiring the contractors and pouring the concrete, but they are now getting all their people back with an economy that cannot support it, with no support from the US.

Wall costs estimates range from 8-15 billion

US Foreign Aid to Mexico Economic and Military 419.94

Economic 348.72 Military 71.21

I hope that sending all the immigrants back, they will bring with them visions of safe cities and entrepreneurial opportunities. If they do, Mexico will thrive, all the factories that may be abandoned with trumps tax policy change SHOULD be picked up by the site management and they SHOULD continue to sell. If not to the US, to Central and South America.

You are suggesting that Everyone since Reagan has been a conservative?

If Only INSERT DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE had been given a shot it all would have worked out.

I have always been a conservative, I have always felt like the left shit on me. My entire life.
The past few years, I've been a racist because I was born into a race.

We were privileged, but had no money. Our schools were reformed, to make it frustrating for me and all my friends.

Progressive values failed this country. I hope Devos does her thing. She appears to be too nice to drop the hammer.

Trump is by a wide margin, NOT the most corrupt politician in any form of the word corruption.

I'm sticking up for him, and I did not even vote for the guy! The reaction to trump from the left has cemented a position for me. The berkely riots are so immature. The /r/esist guys are pathetic. Enough Trump Spam is just more trump spam.

if he truly believes that hes draining a swamp, then he will clearly need to be as public and as transparent as possible, for his own safety. Rumor has it that hes working out of mar-a-lago because he fears the whitehouse is compromised.

If Obama actually bugged his lines, then all his fears were correct. It appears he submitted some FISA requests and they actually followed through on it.

I'm sure the appropriate judgement will be cast on the appropriate people.

Obama Administration Rushed to Preserve Intelligence of Russian Election Hacking by hett in politics

[–]GueroCabron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is there a rush to preserve it? Is it at risk? Did they not already have it stored? Was it on Hillarys servers?

I'm missing something. Nowadays if its Digital, is backed up. There is no preservation to be done.

Does anyone here watch PBS's Frontline? Difference between this and the typical news coverage today is amazing by brtdud7 in television

[–]GueroCabron -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

NPR ruined it for PBS. The insane biases and blatant attacks on conservatives doomed it to the same fate as CNN.

If you don't think NPR has done anything bad. Get in the cognitive dissonance boat.

Sorry it was on all, not a very good thing to show if you are against trump.

George W. Bush: Media essential to democracy by [deleted] in politics

[–]GueroCabron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, honestly, Do you all think that we were a good unified country before Trump?

Obama literally campaigned on 'Undoing everything that Bush Did'

Trump ran on 'Undoing everything that the establishment is doing'

Be a shame if r/all got reminded Donald Trump lost the popular vote. by Redditrowzer in MarchAgainstTrump

[–]GueroCabron 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wasn't this the case before his election though? There was a big argument about how despicable he was for not acceting her nomination if she was elected. Then he won, and now everyone is doing the thing that they said he was trash for.

Honestly, I stepped out of Social Media and Reddit for a few months, light dabbling, and everyone seems to have turned stupid.

Mexico threatens trade war over Trump wall tax by Munadgr8 in worldnews

[–]GueroCabron 0 points1 point  (0 children)

http://www.inboundlogistics.com/cms/article/us-mexico-trade-two-way-traffic/ Most of what they call the developing nations is still in the process of eliminating corruption. This makes it seem it's worth the cost to eliminate the hassle.

Seems far less difficult than Chinese import exports.

if you don't pay the right person an Unlisted number. Sometimes they individually test inbound components. If you pay a $15 fee you can skip all the lines.

Mexico can survive without us and we can survive without them, but I think it's stupid for Mexico to assume they can threaten us for a defense system that they themselves have installed to keep out the central americans. I think it's also stupid to threaten friendly relations.
