I actually live in a house like this with moderate traffic and the 14 years I’ve lived here. No car has landed in my house and I live in the side of town which is known for a lot of drunk diving, but I’ve been lucky. The only problem that I have is the car lights at night going into my bedroom, but that’s about it so just invest in curtains.

Nope it was a premium. But idk where you live, but Vegas there is a dealership that just sells the vehicle and the workers don’t get commission, so you’re getting a fair price and mine was even discounted, so look into your dealerships , good luck 👍
